All Skincity employees are trained skin-therapists and all our products are recommended by professional skin-therapists. Our goal is to give you - our customer - the best advice on choosing skincare products.

What do you need to keep in mind when shopping at Skincity?
After you have submitted your order, a purchase contract will be concluded between you and Skincity. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address that you give when entering the order.
Should there be errors in the price, delivery time and other conditions, Skincity retains the right to change them later.
Skincity does not conclude contracts with minors (under 18 years of age).
Skincity retains the right to refuse an order.
The prices given always include value added tax.
We retain the right to make typing and spelling mistakes. Should the price of a submitted order be changed, you will always be notified and then you will be fully entitled to change or cancel the order.
We accept VISA, American Express and MasterCard bank cards. It is important to know that we offer 3D Secure/Securecode which is the safest solution for card payments.
3D Secure is a technology produced by VISA that identifies your person as the purchaser when you pay with a bank card online. This standard is also used by MasterCard. The advantages for you as a consumer in using the 3D Secure payment service online include the option of confirming that you are the real owner of the card. This in turn reduces the risk that someone could use your card for fraud.
Our card payments are managed by DIBS payment services and they have a 3D Secure license (verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) and are certified according to PCI DSS. They adhere to the bank?s requirements on privacy and security certificates.
You can also pay us from your PayPal account. PayPal protects your bank card and bank data, enabling you to make payments online without having to disclose your financial data every time you make an online purchase.
If the issue of repaying the amount you have paid arises, the money will be preferably transferred to the account card/bank account or the bank account provided by you. It normally takes 3-5 days.
When will I receive my package?
For deliveries to Sweden:
Your order is normally packed within 24 hours. Estimated time of delivery is within 1-3 weekdays. For selected locations in Scandinavia, we also offer express delivery the same day or the day after, more information below.
We send your order as a package via PostNord and Schenker (in Sweden). You choose shipping method at checkout. The items can be picked up at your nearest delivery point. For smaller packages shipped with Postnord the package is sent directly to your mailbox.
Home delivery with Best (Sweden)
Orders placed on weekdays and Sundays before 3 p.m. will be delivered to your home the same day, between 6-10 p.m. Orders placed on weekdays and Sundays after 3 p.m. will be delivered to your home the following day, between 6-10 p.m. at the earliest.

We deliver with Postnord or UPS. You choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
With Postnord - Your order is packed and shipped normally within 24 hours (weekdays). Estimated time of delivery is within 2-7 working days. The package will be shipped directly to your home and can be picked up at the nearest Post representative if it does not fit in your mailbox.
With UPS - Your order is packed and shipped normally within 24 hours (weekdays). Estimated time of delivery is within 2-5 working days. The package is sent directly to your home.
For orders outside EU (except Norway) import VAT and customs duties will be added for each country applicable conditions.
Foreign deliveries in Worldwide:
We deliver with Postnord.
Your order is packed and shipped normally within 24 hours (weekdays). Estimated time of delivery is within 3-14 working days. The package will be shipped directly to your home and can be picked up at the nearest Post representative if it doesn't fit in your mailbox.
If you wish to receive a notification via SMS when your package has arrived at your delivery point, enter your mobile number at checkout. As soon as your package is ready to be picked up you will receive a notification informing you where your parcel is and a code that you provide to collect the package.
For orders outside the EU (except Norway) import VAT and customs duties will be added for each country applicable conditions.
Returns / Exhanges
Returns - Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund for purchased products, the following rules apply. For international orders you can return an item within 30 days at your own expense. The products must be in a non-used condition. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. However, if you make an exchange, the shipping cost for the new item back to you is paid by Skincity.
- The packages of the skincare products have to be unopened. If the skincare products have been spoiled or they have been used, you cannot get a refund.
- If the original packaging has been damaged, SEK 150 will be charged.

Skincity is the authorized dealer for all brands. Warranties on goods supplied by the the manufacture. Skincity provides no additional guarantees beyond the manufacturer's specified. If you feel unsure of the guarantee or the instructions included with your product, please contact us prior to use so we can help you. All products have an ingredient description. Note that for some brands the description is not fully complete and only show the main ingredients. We can not take responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample, if you are unsure of what a product or sample contains, please contact our customer service before the order.
